PATIENCE!
Lots of trout, bluegill, and bass. The water should warm up soon as the outdoor temperature peeked above 70 degrees today so I would imagine you don't have to look too deep.
I typically fish lazyman style for trout with 2 or 4 lb test, split shot about 18-24 in above a #12 or 14 treble hook, and chartreuse PowerBait soaked in stinky garlic scent.
You may want to take a container of nightcrawlers as well.
For bass fishing this time of year and with the crappy wind we're having I'm not sure if rapalas will work but I have done well on numerous shallow diving jerk baits from shore. Otherwise I would be prepared to try splitshotting with a 4 in salt and pepper straight tail (for smaller size but higher quantity), and bullet head down to the hook with brown/green roboworm if you can get in the coves with grass or reeds... I haven't been there in a couple years but I always had luck in the coves where I could find some type of cover and cast toward the outside edge from an angle...
Sry I can't help with boating this lake, have never done it.
