Dave...I wasn't talking about your post.  I was talking about Mr. Cork saying he was living proof that his cobra takes a lickin' and keeps on taking a lickin'.

Well of course you were. That goes without saying...But how can he talk about it taking a licking if he spends so much of his time trying to get back into it??? :roll2: :roll2:  Dave

I may have to go back and put the Legend on the list and remove the Nitro. Yes I said it and I don't want to hear anything form anyone YET. I invited Deryl Janzen from Legend Boats to stop by and let us know about the Legend line as well. No Papa I'm not slobbering over the 216 yet. It is a great looking boat and by what I have seen in Mike's boat, it is probably just as good if not better, but we will see I guess.....Dave

Without a doubt...this Ranger owner would own another Ranger.  Not a finer riding boat on the water.  She may be a few mph slower than your Bullets Javelins and Bumble Bees but Rangers are built for the long haul.  Why do you think they call a Ranger a Lead Sled.    ;D

But then again...I don't have to worry about loosing her.  With the only liftetime hull warranty in the business and more floatation than anything else on the water...not to mention their pattened transoms...my Ranger will be around for a while.  Would not mind having the new 20ft Z series boat.  Reeves has them in any talk about fine.   8)

A good friend of mine already has one and they sure are sweet but the price tag is litterally exactly what I paid for my house. Nice yes, but if I am going to spend that kind of money I would still have to go with the Gambler, I have ridden in both and I like the Gambler better. But with all that said you are going to be hard pressed to get me out of a Cobra.

But yes the Z series has all the bells and whistles and is one sweeeeet ride.

Ask Dave what he thought about the Cobra, I let him drive it today. He got so excited that he had an accident, lets just say he had moisture every where :roll2:

Unless I see something truely unbelievable, It WILL  be the cobra. I am seriously impressed with the total performance and fishability as well as the layout of the Cobra. Mike Had me turn the boat like they do on that skeeter comercial and it turns on a dime. No skipping, no porpusing, no bouncing, just a smooth ride, dry, comfortable and exciting....Gotta get Nitro Girl into one now.....Dave
