I was hoping to see Fatboy post this, but I'll give him the credit. For super cheep 4" senkos, just buy a pack of zoom speed worms and remove the tail. It's an idea fatboy shared with spetro and myself at the Santee Challenge.

Actually I've been doing this for years. Get a pack of either Zoom Speed Worms or Ultravibes and pinch the tails off, The Ultravibes are just a bit longer. Zoom stuff is soft and has just about any color you could possiblly want. Plus the cost of a pack of the Zoom stuff for a pack of twenty is a great value compared to the cost of a pack of Senco's for a pack of eight. You also have the option of using the Speed Worms in stock form if you choose. I use these shortend speed worms/Ultravibes a lot Carolina Rigging and now Drop Shotting.
