Every serious bass fisherman needs a serious truck to get him to the lake and Chevy can do the job!
Get a Chevy and you will never regret it... You will always be able to pull the bass boat home.

Am looking at the possibility of getting one of the SRX props for my OMC. What I need to know before dropping the beans is ......

Is this prop better suited for lighweight hulls?? I have found out that my hull really likes the nose up to run better numbers.  I have been told the SRX is a good prop for getting the bow up. If I have been told wrong please advise.

The SRX is a good prop. However if you are looking for acceleration you will need a Yamaha drag wheel. If you are looking for over all top end speed, a Merc Lighting E.T. or Merc Chopper II is your best bet. All of these props will need to matched and blueprinted to your boat.

The SRX is decent in acceleration, but the Yamaha is better. I help set-up several Allison drag boats. We have tried every prop known to man and the Yamaha is always quicker.
