11/12/07 Guntersville Lake Bass Fishing Report

Fished the same area as the previous day, mistake #1. Second mistake was even going fishing. The water had ZERO current and all that shad made for a very tough bite. Spinnerbaits,suspending jerkbaits, Flukes, Spoons, Lil George nothing could entice the Largies to bite. Why would they, they had plenty of food to eat.

Did how ever catch a pretty fat white bass on a jerkbait. The first hit was nice..Even the crappie were being crappy from what I heard. I think the problem was the zero current and no wind...glass water.
