Yeah you better hang out when your in it.  If I were you I would get someone experienced with chine walk to ride along with you so they can give you some pointers.  It'll really help you tame it down faster.  Good luck.

Its a known fact that Tritons chine walk bad.  I don't see why people get upset when somebody says that.  I drove my uncles trition and that thing was a handful.

outstanding boat...very nice...I am very jealous...but happy for you...

but really, 'first' boat? man, I must be doing something wrong...I'm going to be pounded by the coming tax law changes and I can't afford a new(er) boat and/or tow vehicle...either cash or on payments... ~b~

Once you learn and that takes seat time the chine walk is easy to master. More people make more out of it than it really is. Again seat time.

Nice fish. ~c~  I bought my first bass boat the day I graduated high school and haven't looked back.  I upgraded from a 14' v bottom with a 30hp.  Its like driving a sportscar and I love it.  I love going out and flying up and down the sloughs and trimming her out and going WOT.  Its such a thrill, your absolutely going to love that boat man.  Congrats.
