It's a 1993 Bullet 20XRD and it is CLEAN. This guy was the original owner and it was always garage kept so it is very clean. He put a 2.5l 245 Merc drag motor on it new in '07 and said with all the upgrades it put down 260hp and I would not doubt it one bit. It has an older MG 107 that flat out gets it on this boat only weights 1050lbs so it feels like it's pulling my old 16' stratos. I'm about to get a 798 SI for the dash. She'll do about 85mph but I can't drive it that fast just yet...I did ride in it up to about 80 and my cheeks were grabbing seat!

It definately gave me a new respect for fast boats. I've been in the high 70s and I've driven to around 70 but 80 is something totally different. This boat without a doubt has 90+ MPH in it as is but I'll never see that with me behind the wheel. I'm actually giving considerable thought to seeing if someone wants to swap motors with me for something a bit more tame...

Might not be a bad deal... get someone who has a nice newer motor, looking for more speed?

The first few times I never got above 6300rpms but the other day I was running with a buddy of mine in the boat with me and went well past that mark but couldn't look at the tach to see what I was running...definately in the 80s. I need to balance the load better and get more seat time. We've had way too much water this past month to launch in our lake and the river is flowing too fast for any speed runs.

What I like much more in the old Main screen were the trembling dirty fonts... New one looks like SNES-style. Old one was more original and indy IMHO
