On Saturday May 9th beginning at 10AM, the Eastern Shore Bassmasters of Delaware will be hosting a youth fishing derby for kids of all ages at Wyoming Pond and town park. Prizes will be awarded to winners of each age division, plus there will be raffle prizes including fishing rod and reel combos, tackle boxes, and lure giveaways.
The derby will conclude with hot dogs, hamburgers, and cold drinks.
There will also be an official BASS Casting Kids competition for kids 7-10 and 11-14. this event will qualify a child from each age division to attend the state finals later this year for a chance at more awards and a scholarship.
Bring your fishing gear and bait and anything else for a funfilled morning of fishing...
