If you have lost or forgotten your password to the forum follow the steps below to retrieve it:
Step 1: Click on the blue tab/button just above the large banner that says "Login"
Step 2: There should now be a box titled "Login" that gives you the option of filling in your information and submitting it to login, right? Don't fill in the information but look at the bottom of that box and you will see a link to "
Forgot your password?" Click on that link.
Step 3: You will be brought to a new page that asks you to enter the email address that you used when you registered for the forum.
Step 3a: Be sure that webmaster@ultimatebass.com is on your "Accepted List" if you use AOL, YAHOO, Gmail, Excite, Hotmail or other free email account or spam blocker. The email is sent by the forum and many email providers block emails sent by scripts.
Step 4: Check your email! You can't retrieve your password, but you can set a new one by following a link sent to you by email. You also have the option of setting a new password by answering your secret question.
Note: The administrators can not retrieve your password. If you are having trouble with getting your password by following the above steps please notify an administrator and they will guide you through the steps.
