Legend questions

What year did Legends start making boats? reason i ask is nada only shows 2003 and up.I have found 20ft 95 model with a 200 mercury for 5k. And is a NU-LEGEND the same manufacture as LEGEND????Iam looking hard for a 19 to 21ft bass boat and with al the boats on the market right now its really confussing on whats what and whats a deal and whats not  :-\. Nada is correct. And Nu-Legend is not the bass boat manufacturer.

I believe that in 1995, the closest you could get to a Legend would be either a "Hawk" or "Cobra". These two boats were kinda the Fore fathers of Legend.

There was a Lighter hulled boat that used Legend in there name, But it is not even in the same clas of boat.  I think they went out of buisness in 2000.

Thanks guys!! i was allmost sure the boat wasent a legend due to the hull design, I have seen a good many NU Legend boats for sale and cant find any info on them, they look to be a dual purpose boat as most i have seen have no carpet and have saltwater series engines on them.

There is a member on the site...DAWG...who owns or did own a NU Legend.  He is not very active on the board but does check in occasionally.  You might look at his profile to see if his email address is public.  I believe he bought it in 2005 or so...I saw 2006 at a Rally in Tennessee, but don't remember much about the boat.

Thanks Mike! Iam looking hard for a boat ~b~ ,I was just looking at your boat again dreaming lo ,wish i could afford it or something that big and NICE!! But me being a southern boy i got to find THE deal on a boat. Think i may have it found but theres a big hold back called a  03 johnson 175,
