Bass fishing is slowing down as the water cools. The water temperature is already in the mid-50s. Fishing is fair for 10- to 14-inch fish, however

Southern Utah lakes are some of the best places to fish!
Sand Hollow, Quail Lake, and Newcastle.
9.5 lbs is my biggest LM from Quail, and 3.5 lb SM from Newcastle. I love those desert lakes!
Thanks for the post Shawn...it's fun to read up on it. I miss the fishing there!
