With the hull only being a 1000lbs compared to 1400lbs of most 19ft boats and most of them getting in the mid 70's without any mods(hell i think i recall seeing 76mph on your gps on the flint that day!!) I don't see any trouble getting it into the mid 80's. Thats IF the boat is in good shape and safe enough to hold the max hp its rated for,,If not like i said I will take boat to the dump and keep the trailers and be happy.
I have run that same hull w/200 hp and just ran low to mid 70's on a good day loaded only 70 tops,I dont know of any boat except an Allison capable of runnin mid 80's with 200 hp. I like the hydrosport though they do run good but I think mid 80's is a little ambitious.  A bullet wont even truly run in the mid 80's with a 200.  There is a lot more to a fast boat than just being light.  There are a lot of boats out there lighter than my Gambler that have more power but the dont even come close to me in speed.  I cant even run over 80 and still have any hole shot I have 270+ hp I have never had any boat with a 200 or less stay up with me not even close (never ran an Allison but have run against a bullet with 2.5 200).  Just sayin dont get you hopes up to much.  I wish you much success with you new project they are good boats IMO I love mine I sill have it, just like the Gambler much better.
