My all-time favorite is Hank Parker. He came and spoke at our Church last year. I had the opportunity to meet him. He is the kind of guy, you'd want for a fishing buddy, even if he wasn't a pro. Plus, Hank has strong Christian values. A real class act.

I want to have fun and enjoy my time on the water.  When confined to a 18 to 21 foot space it makes things a lot more fun if you are there with someone you can learn something from as well as have fun with them.  Of the newer Elite fishermen Greg Hackney seems to be very knowledgable and appears to have fun with what he does.

Denny Brauer so I could learn atleast 1 percent of his jigging knowledge.  He is a book of knowledge on jigging.

Okay, I will probably get kicked off of here, but I guess if I had to pick someone with the talent to win big (did you see the size of the three bass he won the tournament with in Seminole?) I would have to pick Swede. Besides he is local and the Moderator.  Swede, perhaps I did not look very hard, but I could not see where the Miracle Strip Bass Club Meets.  Perhaps you could drop me a line.

Ike - Energy and personality  ~bb
KVD - Ability w/spinnerbait - Crankbait  ;PHO)
Jeff Kreit, because he is a great guy on / off the lake.

Larry Nixon, Roland Martin, Jimmy Houston, Denny Braur, Tommy Biffle, Hank Parker, Guido Hibdon...Do I really have to explain why... ~read  These guys are living Legends!  I would love to pick their brains.

Of course you give me the opportunity to fish with anyone (pro or not) and I'll enjoy it!!!  My favorite fishing partner is the one in the boat with me at the time!  (unless you step on my seats!  ~rant)

This past week I got to be a marshal in the BASS Elite Series Duel on the Delta
I spent three days with three different guys.
Thurs-Steve Kennedy
Friday- Bradley Hallman
Saturday- Jeff Kriet
I'm amazed at how much I learned and how differently all of them fished. They all went out of there way to explain what they were doing and why. How they picked areas etc. If you ever get the chance to do this you should.

Having Met quite a Few  of the pro's there are some that are great fisherman and wouldn't give you the time of day if you were in the boat with them.   So my picks are based on fishing with some that I know like to Teach.

Pam Martin wells
Ike
Jeff Kreit
Tom Reddington
Skeet

There are a few others that I would like to fish with and there are some old timers on the Elite series that I would not get on a Boat with for any amount of money.

Hackney: Seems like a good guy, great power fisherman
Clark Reehm: Louisiana native, really enjoy following him on facebook
KVD: Simply because he will go down as the greatest bass fisherman ever
Byron Velvick: Enjoy reading his blog, seems like an interesting dude
Gerald Swindle: Funny dude, great dock fisherman
Cliff Crochet: Just because he talks like a true cajun coonass

I would pick Mark Zona, he knows his stuff and plus I would probably laugh my butt off all day. Second would be Ike because he always explains in great detail what he is doing and why he is doing it
