Is Bass pro firm on their price on the Nitro's or is there any room to bargain? Has anyone been able to bargain with them?

They advertise no haggle pricing. You get the same price on the same boat no matter what BPS you buy it from.

You might be able to work something on the options but I doubt it.

The delivery charge varries depending on where you buy.  Cheepest in MO.  Could be a 1000 or more at other stores.  I think it is 130 in branson.

They will not haggle but if you check back periodically they do drop their prices to move inventory.

you can usually deal with them on non currents.  If it is a new boat there is no wiggle room.  this keeps dealers from undercutting each other. Best buy for your $$ in my opinion.

I agree with Dchance.  The Nitros are the best for the money.  They have already already dropped their prices on new boats from last years prices.  We just bought a Z8 and there was no negotiating, they will not deal.

That is just not right, I enjoy haggling for a life jacket, new pole, anchor and rope or something. If I can't feel like I won a little I hate spending my hard earned 20 grand.

I just signed papers 3 days ago on an 09 Z-8 that bps had instock and the dropped the price just over 30% and gave 10,000 reward points, a VIP card(10%-20% off pretty much anything in the store) and a bps gift card for $800.00 ...
you just have to wait for their end of year clearance ;)

I suppose that another way to go about it.  At one of the dealers there was an 08 929cdx that had never touched the water.  It was reduced twice all the was down to 31,000.  New they went for at least 44k i believe.  But they definately didn't deal on our 2010 Z8

Yep the 2009 is now a "non-current" so they have room to deal in order to get rid of them so they can bring in 2010s

Nope you cant haggle price but you can get store cards and dealer installable options, covers and stuff. Basically if the store or dealer can handle it you can get it. Good Luck !  :) my dealer here in Atlanta took great care of me. You have to think though your already getting a boat thats less than any other brand but the same quality. So negotiate wisely!LOL

so, did all that 'free' stuff cover the necessary TM, electronics upgrades?  and extra batteries?
