Lake Powell spring fishing
« on: February 22, 2010, 11:12:29 PM »

Made a trip to Powell this past weekend and had a good half day on Friday with 5 nice bass...
Saturday started out great with a 4 lb smallie on the first stop but then the wind and rain and snow all seemed to hit at once with 3' to 4' waves and 20 to 30 mph wind...

Sunday was said to be just as bad so we headed home Sunday morning...

Thanks for the report. Man that weather sounds brutal. Do you know what the water temps were? And do you mind telling us how deep your fish were?
