Bull Shoals
« on: March 05, 2010, 08:58:20 PM »

Went to Bull Shoals today with Bill Babler.  A great fisherman and one of the best guides around.  We put in down at Tucker Hollow.  We fished from 6:30 to about 3:00.  It was a tough day with eight bass and two walleye.  All of the fish were caught is about 14 feet of water on stickbaits (mostly Spro McSticks).  Water temp was about 41-42 degrees.  It should have been a better day as it was cloudy and windy all day with the air temps warming up.

We spoke to a few other boats and one had a bite, but the rest said they had not caught anything.  Tough day....back to Table Rock tomorrow.

I fished the Big Creek area 03/06/2010 and had a grand total of 4 bass. All caught on wiggle warts. I am going Friday to K-Dock

Heard from a friend that K dock has been good now.  A bit crowded though. Love the wiggle wart!   I am back on Table Rock, weather permitting!  Good luck.
