It's time again for the Mariner Point Bassmaster's annual Spring opener tournament. To be held on Saturday March 27,2010

Place: Mariner Point State Park

Launch Time: 6:30

Fee: $60.00 per team or individual

We are in BIG trouble.
Weather forecast for Saturday, Sunny 58, ESE 5.2 knts. High tide at Battery Pt. 5:43AM
3 days before a Full Moon.
Nice weather and a fallin' tide,
I can fish comfortably but I can only catch if it's cold, wind blown' hard and pushing slack water.
The third set of pilings at that RR bridge will the ticket if it is still holding that LUNKER
you missed. Buy some decent trebles next time and that HOG won't straighten them out.

I always seem to be tied up for this one, but I try and get out later in the day to see the weigh-ins....

We only have 1 pre register - but don't let that stop you from coming! Most people are waiting to see what the weather is going to do and then sign up at the ramp. We usually have 10 to 15 boats depending on the weather and the competition from other tournaments.

Conflicting schedule. I was with the worm man in Ocean City for a very good friend's daughter's wedding.

I know I need to get my priorities straight

Thanks to all who came out on Saturday, I hope there wasn't any frost bite! Official results will be posted later this week but from memory we had 6 boats, lunker was 5.5, winner had 16+, and there were 3 others with 4 pounders. Not to shabby considering the temperature.

Finfinder, While we were making trips to the bar at the wedding old Strozier was makin trips to the live well. That fish was so big he did not have to hold it close to the camera like you do.
