thinkin of buyin a new z9cdc this year and would like any info from those who know if havein the cdc is worth the extra.i have been lookin fer about a year and it seems to be the one that has what i want.

Great choice! i was looking at a Z9 myself it was a little out of my price range...
For me the Z8 was a huge upgrade from the 18 1/2' i have now.
Hope everything works out, you would not be disappointed!
