I know it's not my first of the year, but after skunking on the last few outings, it sure felt like my first. Nothing huge, but........

I caught this bass on the sunny bank, but just around the corner there was 3 inches of snow on the ground  :o

My guess is as good as yours, between the business, the weather and a few other things I just put fishing behind.
My dad is expecting an open heart surgery and i am on stand by flying over there and help my mom and stay as long as i needed so fishing will happen - sometime, lol

Sorry to hear your Dad Alon, I hope all goes well. I know we all love and need to go fishing, but we need to prioritize the important things  ~c~

That's the way to keep at em, BK! I had about 3 trips in a row without any fish. Last of them I lost 2 at the boat, one of them being about a 3 pounder. Made up for it the next day with 3 that were in the 2-3 pound range. I have trips that are very good sometimes, other times I just can't seem to buy a bite. Water temps are looking very good as long as we don't hit another cold spell.
