I live in Chapin

This was a steal to be honest.  I got it below 18k with less than 100 hours on the motor.  50% of hours were under 4000 rpm.  Older man who owned a bunch of boats I guess.

I had a choice between this and a 2003 TR19 which was a great boat also and extremely fast.  When it came right down to it i could not pass up the Ranger in the condition it is in.

I'm on my second Ranger, a 2003 520VX with a 225 HP Optimax. You'll be more than happy with that boat - you made a great choice. Welcome to the site!

I can vouch for Buzz's boat.  Been on it numerous times and made it home safe and sound....

My rig.

1988, 364V A true CLASSIC!!!
1991, 150 Faststrike, 26 pitch Raker prop. The 1991 Faststrikes may just be the fastest 150's ever built.
Minn Kota Maxxum, 65lbs.
Lowrance LMS 334C, Lowrance X65 up front.

I wouldn't trade it for anything. Best thing about it, it's paid for!!! :)

I know there was a post here somewhere on this forum explaining how to do that. Unfortunately, I am not good at explaining tech stuff. I know that you need a hosting site for the pic, such as photobucket. We'll get laurie to post that explanation again.
Here it is.

I bought a1980 V178 that is in excellent shape this last spring. Always wanted a Ranger, but for now I wanted to keep the wife to. With this I can have both. Its old, but it fishes great.

I finally broke down and picked up a Ranger Reata 1850.  God I love that boat.  When my buddies start getting concerned about big wind/water I just go hammer down.  It was more money than I wanted to spend but looking back its money Im glad Ive spent.

JM

Ill try to get the picture thing figure out and post one.
