Hmmm.  I know that set of points you're pointing to on  the map.

2nd Infantry Division huh?  Which unit?  I was in 1-9 (twice).

Pelham was/is right across the river from Greaves (where I was).  Was 2-17 FA when I was there.  198s if I recall correctly.  "Guns of the DMZ"

Keep that young'un on the water.  My father got me into fishing.  I've a lifetime of memories from our outings.

Yep That's the place ! I think it was changed to "Camp Gary Owen" in 2001 and then in 2004 was closed down and ultimately "given" to the ROK Army in 2005. There are a lot of US installations that are no longer operative the way it looks from researching it .
We were 8 miles from the DMZ and regularly rotated out to 4P3 firebase , "On Guard Sir" for a month at a time  . Coldest place I have ever been in my life lol or at least it seemed that way at the time , sure had a fondness for OB lol after 2 it didn't taste funny anymore good times and a lot of growing up was done in the "Land of the Morning Calm" 155mm M198 Towed
