Title: Crank bait storage
Post by: coldbasser on March 20, 2017, 04:28:34 PM
Here is a very simple and inexpensive way of mass storage of crank or multi hook baits.
Simply use an elastic band to keep the hooks under control . Run the elastic band around 1 -2 - or 3 treble hooks snugly and you will be surprised how easy storage and handeling of baits will become.
Cheers
Fred

Anybody that hasn't hung a crank in a body part has never thrown a crank.

Just had to pick on Mike. I know that hurt though.  Figured a laugh might help.

One of the tall spinnerbait boxes would work also, just cut a piece of foam to lay in the box to close it and keep the baits in their slots.

The rubber band thing works good. Also the hook guards can be found real cheap online. You can get like a 30 pack for less than 2 dollars for small guards, and less than 3 dollars for large ones.
