I have a Piscifun line spooler yet while it works great with mono and fluorocarbon with superlines nanofil that i was using doesn't seem to put enough tension on spool
Also when i walked out all the line and put as much tension as i could before it came i possible to reel and it still dug into the spool
Please help Ive gone through.3 batches of nanofil

I don't use a lot of braid, but what I've found is that everytime I do a hookset or get snagged, I have to pull out a good amount of line to get the dug out part off the spool.  Then I can cast and not break my arm or the line.

I don't know of another fix, so maybe someone else has a few ideas that would help.

When i pull drag i can hear it digging in itself

Try and get it as tight as possible and go fishing. Line digging is just part of fishing braid, just like memory is part of fishing mono and fluoro. You're never going to get it tight enough where it won't dig in certain cases. 

Why Nanofil, that stuff is a dog to work with.  It is so thin that I couldn't get it not to dig in on anything except a couple of old ultralight spinning reels.  That stuff snapped on me at any thought of a hard cast.  I was using 15lb I think it was.

Try something like 832, or Power Pro, or Tuff Line, anything but Nanofil.  You will probably get better results immediately.

I know a few guys that love that stuff, but they have years of experience with braids and do all the tricks instinctively.

As you get more experience with braid you will start using various tricks on the cast and thumb pressure, and drag control which will cut down on the digging.

Lifting the rod tip as the bait hits the water will help with slack line which helps with loose spool which helps with wind knots, and digging in when the wrap is TIGHT.

I have a friend who uses it and it's casting distance is unmatched

Pull out line for longest cast you can make add 10 yards and place a strip of electrical tape around spool.

Your over thinking it. Put some pressure on the line by holding it against the rod while you spool it.
If you have so much pressure on it that you can't reel your making it dig in.
If you get a bait hung up don't pull on the rod like a Wildman. Banjo it a time or 2 and then grab the line and pull.

Your options are:

Understand that digging is going to happen and live with it
Change your braid to a different brand and possibly have less digging
Don't use braid

Even if you get braid on as tight as any human ever has, as soon as you make a cast, using a light weight or reeling semi slack line back onto the spool, it's then loose and prone to digging.   

Dont have the problem with power pro but that could be because im using much heavier line

couple of hints.  #1 is to use a very thin line for your backing.  this help to have a very smooth line on tip without any peaks and valleys.  the other problem is that not all braids are created equal.  spider wire stealth braid does a good job of not digging in.  lately i have been using extreme spectra braid, have no issues with the line digging in.  i even have some it in a 10 lb. test that is thinner than a 2 lb. mono and have no issues at all with it digging in.  i use it for ned fishing a lot and use it on a bait casting reel.  i use a kastking royale legend and m action rod.  with a 1/8 head and a trd, i can cast it further and using a spinning reel.

don't give up on braid.  once you learn the rules of braid you will like.  don't learn the rules of braid, and you will have constant issues.  i went through a whole progressions of issues, but i knew i just needed to learn how to use the stuff because of all the pluses of braid.  it will increase your catching.

Ditch the Nano-Fil and get you some Fireline instead.

I use nanofil for its casting distance
But ive spooled it up once with some other reel and never had a problem
