Fishing bag ideas while using wheelchair
« on: April 18, 2017, 04:07:02 PM »

I fish from either my power or manual wheelchair so I am interested in finding a smaller bag such as a waist pack bag that I might be able either attach to my chair or to my waist. Most of the waist bags I have seen are designed for fly fisherman and aren't quite large enough. I need it to at least fit a 2-3 3600 boxes plus some other pockets etc for smaller storage. I appreciate any ideas and help. Thank you

One of my fishing partners uses a book bag which we lengthened the straps to hook between the arm rest and it lays on his lap/knees, works great for him.

I think the backpack idea could work well. I use this when I bank fish. But I certainly won't hold 3600 boxes.

Thanks guys,

I found a couple bags from Cabela's that were on sale so I ordered both, a waist pack and sling pack to see which might work best.
