Stratos Boats Rumors??

I'm seeing some nasty rumors that suggest BPS is killing off Stratos Boats. Some have suggested Stratos is hurting Nitro and Ranger sales because of price and performance.

I've heard the same thing...I think they've got too many similar products competing for the same dollar...imho

I've not heard anything but its not surprising.  We don't have many Stratos boats around here in Central Texas where I'm at.  There's a few early model as well few 2004 - 2009 Pro XLs 285's, 294's and couple 201's running around.  Nothing new though.

The nearest Stratos dealership is at the Main Cabela's up in Ft. Worth.

Saw a new 201 Evolution coming into SoHo as I was leaving last week. She was gorgeous! Even if the rumors turn out to be true, They remain a sought after ride.

For sure they are a great looking boat. I don't have any complaints about mine.   I've always liked Larry Nixon's 201 Pro.  It would be hard for me to buy a New Boat right now if I had the $$$.  There are so many choices out there.  But I would take a real hard look at the 201 Evolution
