Lake Ontario tributaries trout

I have 2 rods for trout
1 for spoons and spinners
1 for jigs eggs sacs ext
And was wondering what I should use
Jig trout worm wacky rigged ect because egg sacs never work

I've never fished that area but when it comes to trout fishing in streams and rivers, I like the spoons and spinners or power bait. Egg Sacs never work for me either but Power Bait is premo.

While I don't fish for them I see a lot of guys fishing the creeks with tiny spinners and spoons and instead of egg sacks single large egg imitators.
