When you Can't Get a Bite
« on: November 22, 2017, 09:46:59 AM »

I would think all of us have had those days when we just can't get bit.  This even happens to expert anglers as well as those of us who are not all that skilled.  Us unskilled anglers obviously experience the dreaded skunk more than others but it just means we keep trying.  We often seek guidance from the experts on Ultimate Bass to learn as much as we can and over time we become better anglers.

One of my most favorite news stories of all time is from 60 minutes.  This story was aired many years ago and it details actions taken by Nicholas Winton to save hundreds of children from the Nazi war machine.  One particular thing that Mr. Winton said during his interview has stuck with me for all these years and it simply states, "If something is not impossible, there must be a way of doing it".  While this statement is simple and is true about all things in life including bass fishing.  Click on the link below and watch the 60 unites interview.  I hope you will find it as inspirational as I have over the years.
