OK I never got an answer about that so I must now assume that Bass Quest is no more.  If I am wrong will someone please let me know.  Just like those that came before them, it seems they too have let us down.  >:( ~rant >:(

I haven't seen anything about Bass Quest in a while myself  :-\  Of course my subscription ran out and I never got around to renewing it.  I've kinda lost interest in reading fishing magazines.

Yes Bud, I must apologize as I believed in the magazine and pushed everyone to sign up for Bass Quest. Apparently they must have closed the doors as I canít get a reply for nothing. Iíve tried weekly to get answers up until November when I gave up.

Bass Angler Magazine (BAM) is going strong and offers a tremendous about of information across the country. I like it over the two big ones simply for the catching info. The others are repeating old crap and publishing the tournament results both of which we already know

If I had to guess, the concept of more info and less advertising doesnít work in magazines...

Again I apologize. Anyone wanting to check out BAM just let me know and Iíll send you a copy.

While the magazine was very good the business premise was flawed.  No matter what someone has to pay the bills and the advertisers are the most practical way to do that.  I just believe that simply going stealth was unprofessional and disappointing. The pro vs Joe series was great fun but I guess they were not successful at selling the show to broadcast outlets although you can see some on You Tube

Pro VS Joe, I talked to Mrs. Chapman a little over a month ago and they were working on plans for a new season.  ~c~ But they haven't pushed it very hard so I wonder if they have all the joe's already lined up?
