Good write up Bud. The one problem I see is the rising prices of "tin" boats, folks are wanting more and more niceties like wider beams, higher power, more storage room, bigger trolling motors and more big water capability. The 17 foot aluminum of 10 or 15 years ago is over twice as much now. There are entry level tins but even those are 10,000$ or more and that's needing the tm and electronics needing upgrading.
