To put up some points for this month. It's been tough and I haven't fished but a couple times. A bunch of folks couldn't fish this week so we cancelled the Thursday tournament. Pop wanted to go anyway. I was wore out and dog tired, but like I told my wife, there will come a day I want to fish with him and won't be able to, so I gladly went. He put on a clinic! I didn't catch a fish!! My cheapo wally world scales said just shy of 6lbs, but imma hafta check 'em out. I was thinking 7 or better, but a toad regardless! The 2nd one I had pegged at a solid 4lber but the scale said 3 even.

Enjoy these moments life is short!  and it really hurts when your fishing and you turn around to say something or chuckle and realize that your alone in the boat. My Dad and my father inlaw both passed in 2017 . Love them bunches ❤️ Nice fishies by a super sharp team!

Pig for sure. Cheapo scales are usually light. Unless your pops is 8' tall 400 pounds that fish is bigger than six...

Enjoy every waking moment. My Dad has been gone for a little over a year now. I miss fishing with him. My Grandfather too. I would give anything to be able to fish with them both just one more time. Looks like you both had a good time. Nice fish.
