Took my son fishing today.

We fished the Everglades, and although the fishing was pretty tough, my son came across the pattern that saved the day!!

Its pretty common Lip, at least with me. Depending on the fall rate, I may also go to 1/32. Fish can be very picky, and something as simple as a weight change can make a huge difference.

I do the same thing with my Crappie jigs also. Sometimes they want it fluttering down real slow.

Enjoying retirement in the great Pacific Northwest.  I've turned into a fair weather angler.  Why do it today when I can do it tomorrow?
