ST. Croix Legend Xtreme

 I just picked up a new Xtreme 7ft. medium/fast casting from the great folks at American Legacy.
It's been awhile since I've fished a  sc v or sc v/vi blank from SC and I've kinda forgotten how good they are. 
As usual with SC it fishes a little tighter than most other mediums but it's super sensitive and light.
The handle on the Extreme is unique and I wasn't sure if I'd like it but it's comfy and doesn't get too cold.
This thing is really a all purpose taper but I plan on using it for 5/16 -3/8 jigs and some T rigs.
The build quality is right up there with Megabass and made in the USA.

I've fished with that rod and it is exceptionally good. Nice choice.

I never got around to fishing the St Croix Extreme's I went a different direction, but I do have 2 of their LTB's and an Avid, that I fish, from time to time.
