It's just an example in the topic. Both are decent rods with the same length and power, but different action. I wondering if a high price but slower action rod could have the same sensitivity as a low price but faster action rod, if not better. Or if it's physically impossible, how close it could be for a rf action rod to approaching the f level?

Welcome to UB, what application do you use these rods for in your neck of the woods?

The Expride is a more sensitive rod across the board than the zodias .With that said, the Zodias is no slouch.
Depends on what you plan on using it for, If it's moving baits I don't think the extra cost of the Expride is worth it.

I fishing in lake, or rivers but not the rapid steam. F action is good for bassing, although RF action has much better handling and casting distance. So could RF Exipride be better than F Zodias for bassing?

For moving baits I would lean to the moderate fast. Either will work. I fished the Zodias M power for walking baits and small jigs a bunch and its a great rod.
I'm not a huge fan of the reel seats Shimano use's on the Zodias especially on the spinning rods , but that's just me.
