http://lhrvpark.com there you go Fred.

Thanks, I found it last night.

Threw me off a little looking at it on Google Maps as there is a Port Hatch Ramp and Campground there as well. Then across the canal is the place Lee is speaking of.

I sent a text to Russ (gotsnodooks) to see if he wants to go and share a room.

Has it been confirmed they have rooms available to accommodate the Group?

Well Iíll take that as a Wait until Wednesday then.

Iíve spoke to Russ and his cut has healed and heís back to work. Not sure yet of his November dates yet, but wants to go with me if heís back.

So once weíve got a location for sure Iíll book a room for two unless we go with Barryís idea of getting a house and splitting the cost. That be just as good and maybe better.

And no Lou probably not ok. But then when ever was I? Lol.

What I do know for sure is the Mrs and I will be landing in Hawaii on the 18th for a Year long waited for Vacation. Got a week in one of our resorts and also booked a Jeep Wrangler for sightseeing.

We both need it.

Update:

I went over and talked to the manager and looked at all the accommodations.

It is cash or check only. No credit cards.

To make sure we had enough room I went ahead and rented almost all of the available space and paid the deposits.

Itís more expensive but much nicer than Grape Hammock or Hendersons. Itís lakefront with a private boat ramp, pool, bathhouse/ pavilion and an inside private bar/clubhouse/exercise room with couches and big tv.

All of the pricing is rent/cleaning fee/taxes included.

Lakehouse- 2nd floor- 2 bedroom 2 bath big kitchen and big tv. $277 per night - very nice, the owner used to live here

Bunkhouse - 1st floor 2 beds and a futon. Separate kitchen. $143 per night

There are 3 campers that have a full/queen bed with convertible table to bed. $132 per night. I rented 2 but I can still get the last one if needed.

They are all rented for Friday/Saturday nights at this point but anyone who want longer needs to let me know, soon.

First come first served on this thread and you will pay me for the nights.

EDIT:  forgot to mention that each place comes with 1 covered dock and parking for 1 trailer.  If it gets crowded we may have to park a trailer in my yard, but I have room for several.

There is only 1 bunkhouse and Walt beat you to it.

There is only 1 Lakehouse and 3 RV's.  We will be taking over the entire place.

If we get another single Iíll see if I can work out a deal to get the Lakehouse price down some if you want. Is your SIL coming?

I did not ask him. I spoke with Russ (gotsnodooks) and he wants to go as long as he is home. He also stated he started a new position on a different ship/place and did not know how that was going to work.

Both he and Redux had talked of joining the Bragging Club and both posted pics for April but did not join quick enough to count.

So the 2nd is Russ first, Iíd say Redux 2nd if he wants to join us and then anyone else if needed.

If none of them want to go then I guess whatever happens.

If the the bigger place could be split by 3 it would make a better deal but still the $277 per night is pretty stiff for this group.

Each house/RV has a covered slip and there is plenty of uncovered dock space on the side of the bunkhouse. Since you both have boats Iíll ask if another covered slip is available.

I also have dock space for two other boats.

The regulars are all accounted for. Anyone heard from Chris or R&B?

Roberto, are you coming this year?

George, you want to come hang with us?

As we get a little Closer and I know for sure if Russ can make it or not, Then I'll know both if I got a bed and a backseat open.

If Russ ends up not being able to come, then I'll see who still needs a spot on a boat and go from there.

If everyone that plays our Game is spoken for, then I'll ask the SIL if he wants to come.

Don't want anyone that participates in the FBRC to not get a chance to attend if at all possible.

Hi Guys. Well I haven't seen snow since I came home & have even fished a Northern Pike tourney, finishing 4th of 58 for a nice little payday. I would really try to come to this if you did end up doing it the 1st week in November.
Hope all are doing well.
