What is going on guys? Has Florida and Texas run out of bass?
Is it still HOT down thar?

Without catches we can't have trash talk.

Speaking of: Hey Stan how does it feel to miss AOY by one spot again. Don't worry you have all winter to think about it. Did I say that.  lo

To be serious don't we have any good bass fishermen in the North. I am not this good.

Sure, go for it, threaten us with your bait you catch.  lo

Four days in Guntersville to start the classic and October on Erie brings the BIG smallies in shore sounds like I have a great shot at it.

Nope not out of bass but has been miserably humid and hot.

Just got out and caught a few today. Still trailing Mike and I would bet Barry hasn't thrown in the towel yet. I'm looking forward to a few more trips this month. ;) About to get soaked tonight and tomorrow with rain. Hopefully the bite will get better not worse.

I was wondering if you guys were saving fish for the Classic and team tourney.
I just can't see Barry and Stan letting us take AOY without a fight.

Got my boat hooked up and was going to head to Minnetonka in the morning in the Hope's of some fall pigs. Found out my trailer Lights aren't working at all! I'm on daddy duty tonight too so looks like I won't be able to fix the problem today which means no fishing tomorrow

Oh no your giving in to easily. This is what play pens are meant for. Set it up close to the area your working and throw some toys in there. I use to work on my race car with my daughter close to me like that. Just have a conversation with the kiddo while ya work. Of course keeping a eye over there regularly. I've changed motors while baby sitting.  ~roflmao  A trailer light problem should be gravy.

Thanks fellas he's good kid.  Tried checking out the problem after putting him down for the night but it's too dark and too many mosquitoes (Minnesota state bird). I'm going to have to look at it in the morning

I hear ya and understated about not wanting to be outside with all them state birds flying around and introducing themselves to you.  lo I've been up in that part of the country and know all about your state birds. ~roflmao So hope you got a chance to look at it this morning and found a easy fix so you could go fishing.

Well all my lights are working but I still don't have running lights on my trailer.  Replaced the harness wires and connected to another truck so its not a fuse/relay. I'm stumped,  would a broken wire somewhere on the trailer prevent running lights from working? Its frustrating because when I unlock my truck the running lights illuminate for a moment

Replaced the grounds near the hitch.  But not at each individual light.

Sounds a bit like you need to check the power connector on the boat and on the truck.  Broken wire of just some corrosion.

You guys are smoking it! I've been once this month and didn't catch anything to speak of. Work is crazy and the boy is playing football 2 nights a week. He went toe to toe with a 4 star bama commit this past Friday and gave him all the Ryno he wanted! I was super proud of him. Between that, church, band, and trying to get ready for deer season, I am just strapped for time. Ya'll keep up the good work!

Them are some good excuses for not being able to get out and catch some fish. Hope you get some good shots this year.
