Trailer Step Discovery
« on: June 21, 2020, 02:19:00 PM »

So, a while back I posted a picture of my trailer step.  Lots of folks commented and i got a chance to get their ideas about what they have done.

Today, some months later, I have the boat home and been spending a little time looking at stuff and then it hit me.  I had installed the step incorrectly.  No the heck wonder it did not make sense.  Realizing this very dumb mistake I simply rotated the mount 90 degrees and not I actually have a somewhat useable step.  Not perfect by any means but it will get the job done.  Here are a couple picture showing the step in its new position.  If you heard a loud pop earlier this afternoon it was probably me pulling my head out of my butt.  Like forrest said "Stupid is as stupid does"
