First Dobyns Rod!

You all may have heard that my 14 yr old son threw his rod and reel in the water accidentally.  I used it as an opportunity to buy my first Dobyns rod, a Fury 703.  I won another that I never used, a 734, but donated it to a Scout troop that had all their camping gear and trailer stolen.  Told the wife it was for my son, but I took it and gave him my old Carrot Stix!  We love the Cleveland Browns, so he likes the orange color, but I have to say, the Green and black Fury rod with a Green Curado and a Green and Black rod keeper looks pretty sweet!  Can't wait to get it out on the water!

When Barry Sanders retired, I gave up on them.  I was in Cleveland in 1999 when they returned and couldn't help rooting for them.  At least no one can say I Ama fair weather fan!
