I usually fill my spools like that. Like mentioned already, after a few snags and re-ties it will quickly go down.

It's a tiny bit full IMO, but I would fish it just like that. If it's not rubbing anywhere, you're good to go.

Questions if I may; is that reel new? Do you have experience with baitcasters? Have you adjusted the brakes on that reel?

It's certainly full. How tight is it and how does it cast? Does the level wind put it back on evenly?
