Jim, tks for sharing this event with us.  I was on TP&W site yesterday and seen this.  They stock Nolan Creek here in Belton in Dec.  Its always a hit with the kids around town here.  There's plenty of parking in the and round the down town area for the parents to bring the kids in for some fishing.

The creek banks are lined up and down on both sides.  Lots of happy kids for sure especially when they hook into one of those rainbows.
