Trout Creek Fish camp- anyone ever fish that stretch of the St. Johns?c

 Was wondering if anyone has fished the trout creek section of the St. John's River. Is it tidal, how is the bass fishing. Was thinking of taking a couple days to fish there, the marina/tackle store there looks like it's a pretty nice facility and the launch ramp looks to be good as well.
