Injection Fluid

I know that a lot of you inject your turkey for a better flavor. I just thought I would add my favorite mixture to the mix.


1 cup - soy sauce
1/2 cup - brown sugar
2 teaspoons - catsup
1 teaspoon - mustard
Season to taste with -
garlic powder
onion powder
pepper - add a little cayenne or red pepper if you want a kick

some things I have added in the past that add a twist to the mix are 1/2 cup of beer or a 1/2 favorite bar b q sauce...

just mix it up until the sugar is dissolved and inject as usual and enjoy!
