A Special Big Thank you to ZEBCO
A couple months ago I bought a Rhino Reel, last week while fishing  I decided to throw out my Rhino and try it  as it is one of my favorite reels.   Low and behold when I picked it up the crank fell out!!  The nut that holds it in place had fallen out.  I emailed Zebco and they emailed me back next day with what model it was and for addy.  Less then a week later i got my part (in mail tonite) and will have in on this weekend and then am going out with new and improved rod.

They are pretty good with recent models, but you have to go to other sources to get parts for other older reels. I couldn't even get part numbers to start my search. I also seem to have a lot of breaks on their plastic triggers.

I still use my reels though. Older 33's are pretty durable.

Well glad to hear they took care of you.  Zebco underwent a lot of changes a few years ago at the same as Quantum did.  Pretty much the same customer service as Quantum.
