Chequamegon Bay

Has anybody been fishing Lake Superior near Ashland lately? I used to fish there in the spring but haven't in a few years...it's a long drive from Florida. My parents are originally from there.

If you can get on up there pretty soon, it's an amazing time to be on The Bay.  I've actually done better there in the fall than in the spring, and there's a lot less competition on the water at this time too!

But hurry up, we've had two nights below freezing here in Rhinelander already.
