 :help:my dad just bought a house in Murrells Inlet and was wondering where a good place to catch bass would be? Cool Fishin' lakes, ponds, rivers etc... Happy Fish Just poking around for some info before I go down to see him and getting in some quality time would be great Goin' Fishin' Wow did you really say that.! especially with the fact that we still have ice up here. any info would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance. The intracoastal waterway in Murrells Inlet and South thereof has a nice population of bass.  It takes a little practice and a little luck but you can catch them.  Also, you can always ask the golf courses for permission to fish late in the day, the golf course ponds are full of bass.  Good luck!
