Arrived 1715
Left 2115
Water temp range: 63.3 to 68.5
Air temp:  started at 91, left at 78
Wind was SSW at 25kts ==> about 10kts

Fished main lake points from 1715 to 2010, then docks and walls to 2115

We caught 11 (but one came off as it was being lifted in...), so 10 (5 each).  all nice fat healthy 2 to 3#ers.

my Co, caught them on a white SB, and a 8" Zoom Pumpkin lizard, Texas-rigged.

I caught 1 on CB, one on SB, and three on Berkly Power bait, 10" undisclosed color worm.

In my opinion, this lake is still pre-peak!  Clarity two Saturdays ago was better than 10', yesterday it was cloudy, and only 3-4'.  Fish are not bloody-tailed, and all appear to have fat bellies.  the temp shot up recently, so I suspect we are waiting on the next full moon...

Fish were in no real pattern, we caught some in open water, some off docks, some off grass, and some off sea walls (retaining walls); but we didn't get in in the backs of coves...

AND, I really dislike Jet ski[er]s and wake boat[ers].  the best fishing there is out on the points, and the points are real close to the unrelenting speed freaks...  they get real close, and never come off plane... However, the scenery can be nice at times...  I guess its a trade-off...LOL

Next trip shall see the emergence of Mr Buzz Bait...finally!
