Make sure you bring the kids out with you to BPS in Grapevine on Friday Sept 25th from 12-5pm to meet Oakley's Elite Series Pro Staff.  They'll all be here in full force.  We will also have the Rolling O Lab hospitality grill fired up for those who are looking to hang around a while and enjoy a little food and drink.

See you there.

Thanks to everyone who attended the event this weekend.  Oakley rolled out the red carpet as anglers were treated to 3 days of food and fun on Lake Lewisville.  We appreciate the participation of all the anglers and sponsors who made the event happen.  Sneaky Pete's was a great host and the weather couldn't have been better.  Congrats to Robbie Rose for his Team Stringer win with 20.01lbs and the 7.01 Big Bass on Saturday as well.  Congrats to James Moore for his Open Big Bass win with a 5.61lb bass in the 10-11 hour on Sunday.  Robbie took home $10,000 and a Power Pole and James took home $5,000 for the Big Bass on Sunday.

Saturday and Sunday's payout totals in cash and prizes exceeded 250% payback to the field of anglers.  We had 76 teams compete on Saturday and 83 individuals fish on Sunday.

Thanks to all the anglers who participated and who came out Friday to Bass Pro Shops.  What can I say about Friday?  Oakley's hospitality was world class and the chance to meet KVD, Gerald and Kelly was something I'll remember for a very long time.

We will continue to work as an event manger and tournament organization to improve, learn and deliver a top notch event.  We thank those of you who come out and we hope that others will come participate in the future.  We will continue to reach out to sponsors and partners in an effort to bring anglers payouts and prizes that they can be excited about.

There are two specific people I'd like to thank who have worked behind the scenes to support this event and who've done so with no real compensation.  They continue to amaze me with their knowledge and generosity and I'm thankful for all their efforts.  They are Mike Kernan and Scott Gordon.  Two class acts all the way.

It was great to see so many anglers and to spend time with each of you and provide an opportunity for you to compete and enjoy the sport you love.

I will post Sunday's results and final payout percentages tomorrow.

Good times...
