No kidding and the bass are biting good too. Shucks he shouldve been coming to eastern side of the state

  Come on Karl we won two of the last three tournaments on 13 and i still need to get you the pictures Yes the bass are biting and i love this time of year frogs frogs frogs............murph got a big one on a vibrashock and yes the walleyes are on fire also caught thos for two or three days

   The bass have been biting on 14, but i haven't been on 13 in a couple weeks.  vibrashock bite has been pretty good.  Even hooked about a 3lb smallie a couple of days ago on a vibrashock.  didn't get it in the boat though.    Looks like I might have to head to the 13 to try and get on a frog bite.

The fishing has been tough on the river until the last week or so.  I did good on 13 last night boating about 6-7 and missing at least that many.    I was using a pegged 1 ounce sinker and hopping it through scattered grass.  They would grab it on the way down and take off with it and i'm pretty sure they fealt the weight before I could get a hook in em.  I actually missed the first 4 bites I had.    First 1 rolled to the top on the hookset and it was about a 4lbr.  Only managed to get 1 on a frog, but they were smashing the buzzbait just before dark in the same place I was catching them on a jig.  My buddy had 3 hits on a buzzbait with no keepers and I missed 2.  it was a rough night % wise, but we've been alittle out of practice lately.
