CTBF STQT Entry Deadline!

It has been brought to my attention there is a misprint on the STQT fact sheet that has been posted. The "Entry Deadline Date" is not September 11, 2009.  According to CTBF Tournament rule #2.3, entries need to be in "TWO WEEKS PRIOR", so make sure you get your Team's entry form and fees to your respective clubs before Friday, Sept 4, 2009.


     3. A PROPERLY COMPLETED AND SIGNED OFFICIAL ENTRY FORM MUST BE RECEIVED BY
         THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR ON OR BEFORE THE APPLICATION DEADLINE DATE OF
         12:00 P.M. FRIDAY TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THE OFFICIAL PRACTICE
         DAY . ENTRIES RECEIVED AFTER THIS TIME WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $25.00 LATE FEE
         AND MUST BE PAID IN CASH.


Sorry for the inconvenience but I want to make sure we follow the Colorado TBF tournament rules and procedures.
