pinnacle plus ball bearing

i have a ball bearing that has rusted up on a pinnacle platinum plus. does anyone know where i can order this part from. i went to the pinnacle website but cannot find parts on the website.

I have called their customer service number before and got transfered to parts and got what I needed that way. I don't remember where I got the number and no longer have it? Might be on their site somewhere?
