Just saw a news report that due to the massive rainfall we have had over the past month and that drawdowns are behind schedule because of the rains, the
commission has cancelled the drawdown for this year.  According to Channel 3 last night, we are on track to have the wettest October
on record.  Already had 13.5 inches of rain with lots more forecast Thursday and Friday.

That is what I am hearing about the drawdowns also!

Farmer's Almanac is calling for a colder, wetter winter for us this year! We are way past due for a cold nasty winter!

Maybe it will get down in the 20's for a few days and put some ice on the lakes. That might kill the G. sylvania and other weeds.

Slap yourself in the head Russ for even thinking that.  Maybe it will stay in the 80's all winter and they can just spray the stuff.

I don't think they have any place to put the water so no need to try and draw it down.  Maybe they are planning on waiting until next year.

Don't worry Noble, I'll get someone to bring you an extra blankee if it does.
I hope it gets cold for awhile, I mean real cold for a week, and it can snow about 8" too. If the forcasters are correct, then it just might happen.
Maybe the neighborhood kids can build snowmen in your yard and you can serve them hot chocolate.  The Blue Dude
